Great service and great working through the issue to devise a gameplan and help me get my dishwasher replaced. I started off with a dishwasher that broke down and researched a few appliances. My refrigerator/freezer produced excessive ice causing the causing to make a strange and loud noise. I thought the fan/motor was damaged. With the help of a friend, we removed the fan/motor and order a replacement. Well! I ordered the wrong part. My refrigerator/freezer was off for about one and half month. Are you licensed for HVAC work in Virginia?
Yes — we’re licensed and insured, and our technicians are EPA 608 certified for refrigerant handling.
How fast can you come when the heat goes out?
Same day in most of our area, especially if you call in the morning. No overtime charge on evenings or weekends.
Do you service heat pumps and mini-splits?
Yes — central heat pumps and ductless mini-splits from Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, Mitsubishi, Daikin and more.
How much is a tune-up?
A fall furnace or spring AC tune-up is $99. If we find a problem, you get a flat quote before any repair.
Do you install new furnaces and AC systems?
Yes. When a repair isn’t worth it, we replace furnaces, heat pumps and central air systems — with a written quote first.
What should I do if I smell gas?
Leave the house right away, don’t use light switches or phones inside, and call your gas company or 911 from outside.
