Great service and great working through the issue to devise a gameplan and help me get my dishwasher replaced. I started off with a dishwasher that broke down and researched a few appliances. My refrigerator/freezer produced excessive ice causing the causing to make a strange and loud noise. I thought the fan/motor was damaged. With the help of a friend, we removed the fan/motor and order a replacement. Well! I ordered the wrong part. My refrigerator/freezer was off for about one and half month. Dishwasher repair FAQ
Why is there water in the bottom of my dishwasher?
A clogged filter, a blocked drain hose or air gap, or a failed drain pump. Clean the filter first — on most models it twists out of the floor of the tub. If water still sits there, call us.
Why are my dishes still dirty?
Usually clogged spray arms, a dirty filter, water that isn’t hot enough, or a weak wash pump. We’ll find which one.
Should I repair or replace my dishwasher?
Pumps, valves, latches and heaters are worth fixing. A rusted tub or a dead control board on an older basic model often isn’t. We’ll tell you before we quote.
How much does dishwasher repair cost?
It depends on the part and the labor involved. The $69 service call covers the diagnosis and is free when you go ahead with the repair — and you get a flat quote before any work starts.
