Our 90-day repair warranty

What the warranty covers

If the part we replaced or the repair we made fails within 90 days, we come back and fix it at no charge. That covers both the part and our labor.

How long it lasts

90 days from the date of the repair. The same warranty applies to appliance repair, HVAC repair and commercial repair.

What it doesn’t cover

• Faults unrelated to the repair we made
• Damage from misuse, accidents, power surges or flooding
• Parts the customer supplied
• An appliance or system someone else worked on after our repair

How to make a warranty claim

Call (703) 335-1009 or book online and tell us it is a warranty visit. Have your invoice date handy.

Before any work: a flat quote

Every repair starts with a flat quote, so you know the price before we begin. The $69 service call is free with any completed repair. See our service fees and current coupons.

Warranty questions

• A different part failed. Is that covered? The warranty covers the part we replaced and the repair we made. A new, unrelated fault is a new repair, with a flat quote before any work.
• Someone else worked on it after you. Is it still covered? No. The warranty ends if another company or person works on the appliance or system after our repair.
• Does it cover customer-supplied parts? No. Parts you buy yourself are not covered.
