How much is the service call?
It’s $69 to come out and diagnose — and waived entirely when you go ahead with the repair.
Can you come today?
Usually, yes. Call early in the day and we can typically schedule a same-day visit in most of our service area.
What does the warranty cover?
Parts and labor on the repair we performed, for 90 days. If the same problem comes back, so do we — at no charge.
Do you charge more for evenings or weekends?
No. Same price any day we’re open.
How can I pay?
Credit and debit cards, cash or check.

Do you bring parts with you?
For the most common failures, yes — relays, motors, valves, belts and igniters ride on the truck, so most repairs finish the same visit.
Should I repair or replace?
If the appliance is under about 10 years old and the repair is less than half the cost of a new one, repair usually wins. We’ll tell you honestly on the visit.
What if the same problem comes back?
Every repair has a 90-day parts and labor warranty. If the same fault returns, so do we — at no charge.
Do you clean up after the job?
Yes. Boot covers at the door, a drop cloth under the work, and we vacuum before we leave.

Do you repair heating and AC?
Yes — furnaces, heat pumps, central air, ductless mini-splits and thermostats. See heating and cooling.
Do you work on commercial equipment?
Yes — walk-in coolers, reach-ins, ice machines, commercial dishwashers, ovens and ranges. See commercial repair.
Do you install new appliances?
Yes — washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, cooktops and wall ovens, dishwashers and garbage disposals, plus thermostats and full heating and cooling systems. You get a flat quote first.

Do you charge a travel fee?
No. There’s no travel or trip fee anywhere in our service area — just the $69 service call, which is free when you go ahead with the repair.
What are your hours?
Monday to Saturday, 6am to 9pm. Sunday we’re closed, but we take emergency calls.
