My refrigerator/freezer produced excessive ice causing the causing to make a strange and loud noise. I thought the fan/motor was damaged. How do I know if I need emergency furnace repair?
No heat on a cold day, a furnace that won’t ignite, a burning smell, or a system that keeps locking out. If someone at home is elderly, very young or unwell, treat any heat failure in a cold snap as an emergency.
Are you open 24/7?
No. We’re open Monday to Saturday, 6am to 9pm, and take emergency calls on Sundays. Call early and most emergency furnace repair is same day.
I smell gas. What should I do?
Leave the house right away — don’t flip switches or light anything — and call 911 or your gas company from outside. Don’t go back in until they say it’s safe.
My carbon monoxide alarm went off. What now?
Get everyone outside and call 911. Don’t run the furnace again until it has been inspected. Every home with a gas furnace should have working CO alarms on each level.
Do you charge more for emergency service?
