My refrigerator/freezer produced excessive ice causing the causing to make a strange and loud noise. I thought the fan/motor was damaged. With the help of a friend, we removed the fan/motor and order a replacement. Well! I ordered the wrong part. My refrigerator/freezer was off for about one and half month. How long does AC installation take?
Adding a condenser to an existing furnace and ductwork is usually a one-day job. Ductless systems and homes without ductwork take longer — we give you the timeline with the quote.
Can you add central air to a house with no ductwork?
Often, yes — with a ductless mini-split system, or with new ductwork where there’s room for it. We’ll look and give you the options.
How do I know which AC system is right for my home?
It depends on your ductwork, your heating, and the space you need to cool. We walk through central air, heat pump and ductless options before quoting AC installation.
Does my new AC need maintenance to keep the warranty?
Most manufacturers expect yearly maintenance. Our $99 AC tune-up covers it.
What can I do to prepare for installation?
Clear a path to the furnace or air handler and the outdoor unit location, and keep pets in another room. That’s it.
Can I DIY my AC installation?
No. Refrigerant work requires EPA certification, and electrical and line-set work has to be done right for safety and the manufacturer warranty.
Do you offer financing?
