Great service and great working through the issue to devise a gameplan and help me get my dishwasher replaced. I started off with a dishwasher that broke down and researched a few appliances. My refrigerator/freezer produced excessive ice causing the causing to make a strange and loud noise. I thought the fan/motor was damaged. With the help of a friend, we removed the fan/motor and order a replacement. Well! I ordered the wrong part. My refrigerator/freezer was off for about one and half month. Thermostat repair FAQ
My thermostat screen is blank. What should I check?
Replace the batteries if it has them, then check the furnace or air handler switch and breaker. A tripped condensate float switch can also cut power to the thermostat.
Do I need a C-wire for a smart thermostat?
Most smart thermostats need steady power from a C-wire. If your wiring doesn’t have one, we can run one or install an adapter.
Will a smart thermostat work with my heat pump?
Usually, yes — but it has to be set up for the heat pump, the reversing valve and the backup heat. Wrong settings are one of the most common causes of high winter bills.
How much does thermostat installation cost?
It depends on the thermostat and your wiring. You get a flat quote before we start, and the $69 service call is free when you go ahead with the work.
Can you install a thermostat I already bought?
Yes — Nest, ecobee, Honeywell and other models.
Can you come today?
