Great service and great working through the issue to devise a gameplan and help me get my dishwasher replaced. I started off with a dishwasher that broke down and researched a few appliances. My refrigerator/freezer produced excessive ice causing the causing to make a strange and loud noise. I thought the fan/motor was damaged. With the help of a friend, we removed the fan/motor and order a replacement. Well! I ordered the wrong part. My refrigerator/freezer was off for about one and half month.
